Capper Polar TD/1

Semi-automatic, suitable for closing plastic screw caps, pressure caps and twist-off or pre-screwed metal caps, screwing of plastic pumps, crimping of perfume pumps.

Capper Mod. POLAR TD/1 ( photo 2 – 3 ) ) is bench-mounted, equipped with a closure unit, anti-rotation pincers for cylindrical containers or centering devices for other shape containers.

Pneumatic working.

Different constructions are possible, as explained in detail below:

• a selector can be mounted for dual function of screwing and pressing
• a steam or nitrogen emission system can be mounted for twist-off caps, to be positioned in the magnetic cap head: Mod. Polar TD 1/VA ( Photo 1).

from 800 to 1000 p/h approx
